Great Food, Good Conversation, and a Relaxing Patio
Recently, I stopped by Cocina Hijole Maria on Colfax Street for lunch and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon on their outdoor patio. I ordered the three street tacos, which gave me the opportunity to sample several different flavors. Each taco was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I also enjoyed a margarita that was the perfect complement to the meal.
While the food was excellent, my favorite part of the visit was simply enjoying a conversation with a neighbor. Good food has a way of bringing people together, and this lunch served as a reminder of how much I appreciate the sense of community we have here in Concord.
If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, a comfortable outdoor patio, and a friendly local atmosphere, Cocina Hijole Maria is worth a visit.
